I see there's a 'Not Taken' Feature Request for Custom Start Date of Lifetime Customer Value. This is disappointing for anyone migrating from another membership platform.
After migrating and being excited by LCV, the LCV number is nearly worthless to us - especially in the first few months. And we get that worthless number in big bold text every time we open the Reporting Suite :-(
The feature request: Option to exclude specific membership levels from the LCV calculation. Since it's a MM best practice to put existing members into a 'holding membership level' - we could mark those levels to be excluded from the LCV calculation and it would solve our problem of 'dirty data'.
