Welcome email not getting delivered, and "confirmation" page blocks out password

Hi All,


My customers are usually using .edu or professional firm email addresses which is blocking my welcome email a lot of the time.


So, I inserted the "confirmation" template on my thank you page (I'm using a custom thank you page), and then I realized that it is blocking out the password field with "hidden for security". So, I changed that to the actual [MM_Member_Data name='password']


But, as far as I can tell, that replaces the password with ******** anyways.


With digital access pass I could set a default password for all customers which made this really easy, I just had to say on the thank you page: Login with your email address and the password 12345".


I'm hoping I'm just missing an easy way to do this so that every customer can clearly see their password somehow after purchase.
