MemberMouse has switched cloud platforms, moving to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) as of November 1, 2017.

Is there anything I need to do?

If you are running firewalls or security plugins that restrict incoming connections by IP address, you will need to whitelist the IP address prior to November 1, 2017 in order to avoid any disruptions.

Will this effect my website?

This migration only relates to our internal systems. Nothing about your MemberMouse site or installation are part of this migration and therefore will remain unaffected.

Can I continue to update my MemberMouse settings and add customers on the day of the migration?

Yes, since this does not affect your site, all daily operations and updates can continue as usual.

Will this impact billing for my customers?

Rebills and initial transactions will run as usual as long as you do not have firewalls or security plugins restricting incoming connections from the new IP address.

How do I know if my firewall or security plugin is restricting incoming connections?

After the migration, you can run the diagnostic tool to assess whether communication is being blocked.

To ensure that the payment scheduler is available on your MemberMouse plugin, you can run a diagnostic by following the instructions below:

  1. Log into your account on

  2. Go to your My Account page.

  3. In the License Management section at the top you'll see a list of your MemberMouse licenses. For licenses that are currently active you'll see a  icon in the Plan column.

  4. Click the  icon for the desired site to run a diagnostic.
