Follow the steps below to manually create a group:

  1. Click on MM Groups and then click the Manage Groups tab.

  2. Click the  button.

  3. In the dialog that pops up, select the Group Type to apply to the new group.

  4. Next type in the username or email address of an existing member you want to make the leader of this new group. The member can't be an existing group leader, a member of another group or a user with an administrator role.

  5. Click the  button to create the group.
