Restrict Downloads Per Month

I'm interested in limiting the number of templates users may download from my site each month. For example, regular members can download 5 templates each month, expert members may have unlimited downloads.



It isn't a core function of MM, anyone have anything similar?

I'm just getting started with MM and require similar functionality. On my site I have an events page where I would like to restrict users to an alocated amount of events they can list per month based on their membership type.

I hope to have this functionality in place sometime this week and I'll post my soution here. Though in the meantime if you come across anything? =)
Oh, just noticed the post date! Did you get this feature in place?

MM currently doesn't support limits to the number of times a file may be downloaded by a member. You may be able to achieve this using a plugin such as this:
