I need a membership site that can create groups of people by radius from zip code. This site should also be able to create groups that are exclusionary in that they will have only one of a member with a given vairable. For instance if you have members with blue, red, and purple hat in one group and another member with a blue hat pays for a membership in the same zip code area, then the membership site should create another group for that member and begin filling it as well.
