Purchasing or checking in Members at Meetings

When we have in-person meetings, is there a way for us to 'check people in' to our meetings or sign up new members. Where we can track who attended which meeting if we needed to compile a list later? Something we need to add to their account - custom field? it would be important for us to be able to query that date and location so we can see/email all who attended that day.

The best way I can think of to accomplish this would be to setup a bundle for each meeting.  Then you can have the tablet set to the checkout page for that bundle, and people can sign in to add that meeting's bundle to their account, process payment if necessary and then sign out for the next person.  You can then have that bundle mapped to an email list you have created for that meeting in one of our Email Integration providers.
