Payment failed

Dear MemberMouse,

I got your e-mail about the billing fault. My account was registered with this e-mail:

I tried pay my old invoice with my two credit cards, but the system is not work. The alert message is: "Your card was declined."

My cards work and active, so I think the fault was in the MemberMouse system. So far the system deducted the money all months automatically.
What can I do?
