Before we can start providing you with excellent support, we need to verify that you're a MemberMouse customer. You can easily help us do this by providing us with your support PIN. This article provides instructions for locating your support PIN.

Where Do I Find My Support PIN?

To locate your support PIN, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into your account on

  2. Go to your My Account page via the link in the right hand navigation to view the License Management Area.

  3. In the Plan column click the Get Support PINĀ button.

  4. Your support PIN will appear to the right of the Support PINĀ label.

  5. Copy this and send it to our support team when submitting a support request.
