When trying to reactivate my canceled MemberMouse account, I receive the error that the product "can only be purchased once."
This error is due to the fact that you are trying to repurchase a free trial product. Free trials can only be applied once per account. To reactivate your account, you will need to purchase a plan product with no trial.
