Troubleshooting Lime Light
Available in MM 2.2.8+
The Lime Light IPN Log allows you to monitor communication between the MemberMouse plugin on your site and Lime Light. To view the log:
- Go to MemberMouse > Logs
- Click the button that says "Lime Light IPN Log"
The IPN log shows successful transactions as well as payment issues (such as a card being declined). You can also see messages related to issues with product mapping. For example, if a product is mapped in MemberMouse but can no longer be found in Lime Light. For more on product mapping, see Configuring and Integrating Lime Light.
Here are the columns of information found in the log:
This is the affected member's email address. If you click on it, it will take you to the Member Details area in MemberMouse for that member.
This is the associated Customer ID in Lime Light. If you click on it, it will take you to the associated information in your Lime Light account dashboard. You'll need to be logged in to you Lime Light account to view this information.
This is the associated Order # in Lime Light. If you click on it, it will take you to the associated information in your Lime Light account dashboard. You'll need to be logged in to you Lime Light account to view this information.
There are two types of messages that will be shown here: Alerts and Informational.
Alerts will tell you that a rebill payment has been declined or skipped, that a matching order could not be found, or that a campaign ID or product ID could not be found.
Informational messages will track what products and campaigns have been mapped, and any changes in product and campaigns mappings.
When you select the link for "View IPN Details," a popup window will display more detailed information about the communication between Lime Light and MemberMouse.
