Phone support is available as part of our Premium or Professional membership plans. If you have an Advanced Plan or below, phone support is not included in your membership. Our customer support team respond quickly via email, are very thorough and knowledgeable, and have received many customer kudos on not being shy about making a helpful screencast video when necessary.
However, sometimes it feels more comfortable to hash it out over the phone. To that end we offer one-time 30-minute phone consultations for $69.
